The project scope included setting up the accounting system to accumulate the thematic expenses from 13 developments areas spread over all four provinces of Pakistan. The process included on line verification and closing the trial balances and consolidating them after verification for onward reporting to the client. The reporting also included a quarterly financial Monitoring & Evaluation Report analyzing the grant burn rate during the reporting period.
