(Implementation of Campus Financial Management System and Integration with the existing Student Information System

 CIIT is the largest public sector technology University of Pakistan having campuses in Lahore, Islamabad, WAH, Abbotabad. Over saw the global unification effort for CIIT General Ledger system. Assumed project responsibility for full financial suite (GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets) rollout in all campuses and integration patch with the student information system. Managed and coordinated migration/integration of accounting procedures consistent with global reporting standards. Delivered project on time and under budget.
